Lulu joined the NCCS board in September 2026. She serves on the Programs committee and the Convention Committee.
She joined the Washington Chapter in 2006 when the Agnes Kavanagh Guild was formed. She served on the Washington Chapter board for approximately 12 years including as President. She is currently the chair of the Agnes Kavanagh guild.
Lulu’s career included just shy of 20 years at Big Four public accounting firms in the HR arena. In 2007 she founded an HR Consulting and Executive Coaching firm, LWG Consulting LLC, which she led until retirement in early 2026.
Lulu lives in the Washington suburban community of Kensington, MD with her husband, Geoff. She has two sons who also live and work in the area. In her free time, she enjoys running, pickleball, golf and biking.
