Who We Are

The National Board

Patricia Gonzalez/Fort Worth

Patricia Gonzalez/Fort Worth

I love the Christ Child Society not just for the work that we do to better the lives of children. I love that we see the face of Christ in every child we are working for.

Patricia Gonzalez was born and raised in Southern California and lived in Pasadena, California before moving to Texas with her husband Arturo and kids in 2013. She learned about the Christ Child Society through her mother, Gerry Jackson, who was a member of the Pasadena chapter before she and Patricia’s dad decided to make the move to Texas as well. In 2018, Gerry and Patricia co-founded the Dallas-Fort Worth chapter of the Christ Child Society.

Patricia grew up volunteering—her mother was an avid volunteer at their home parish and taught Patricia the importance of giving the most precious gift we can give, time. Patricia has volunteered with numerous organizations, including the Junior League of Pasadena, the Pasadena Children’s Guild, the Women’s Committee of the Pasadena Symphony Organization, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, PTA, National Charity League, her parish St. Philip the Apostle, and of course, the Christ Child Society. She is also a board member of the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra. Patricia is grateful to work for the Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth as the Director of Stewardship and Parish Engagement, a role that allows her to work with the 92 parishes across the diocese.

Patricia lives in Double Oak, an outer suburb of the DFW Metroplex with her husband; they have two children in elementary school and two in college. She enjoys playing tennis, attending symphony concerts, and baking. Patricia is joining the national board as the Recording Secretary and will also serve on the Membership Committee; she is honored to be part of such a meaningful and impactful organization.
