Sue Seline/Omaha

"Great things happen when Christ Child Society members come together. These are the women I want to grow old with! They are driven by faith, friendship and a desire to make a difference."

Sue Baggarly Seline serves the 2026-2028 National Christ Child Society Board as President. She chairs the executive committee and conference/convention committee. She also serves on the communications and finance committees.

Sue grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, briefly moved with her family to California, but returned to the midwest to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Creighton University in Omaha. She enjoyed a successful career in both local radio and television news, did a television special with Warren Buffett, served as president of the Omaha Press Club and was inducted into the Omaha Press Club Hall of Fame.

While on the city hall beat, she met her future husband, Steve. Sue left the television news world in 1998 to raise their 4 children and do community work. This was when she first connected with the Christ Child Society of Omaha, where she would serve as President from 2018-2021. Along the way, she has been president of the Omaha Children’s Museum, the Westside Community Schools Foundation, the Westside Vocal Music Parents Association, and the Munroe-Meyer Institute, which supports people with developmental disabilities.

Sue currently serves on the United Way Tocqueville Women’s Council and the board of QLI, Inc., a nonprofit that specializes in rehabilitation and care for those with brain and spinal cord injuries. She also helps with special projects at Walnut Media, a radio/podcast/digital company her family launched in 2014.
